We all know that the environment is falling on desperate times and needs everyone’s help to restore itself to its previous, self sufficient state. When global warming hits, sea levels fall, ice caps melt, etc. we know it is time do something about our delicate environment. We need to become a more eco friendly specie. This means GOING GREEN!
By going green and breaking old, wasteful habits we can make this place a better environment for our children and their children and their children’s children, and so on. We can start by saving water, an essential for living. Right less than 1% of fresh water is accessible to humans. Annually there are over 1.1 billion people who lack water or have access strictly to contaminated water supplies. Turning off the water while brushing your teeth, flushing the toilet less, sweeping instead of watering down the driveway and so many other things can help save water. It is the little things that make the biggest difference.
We can also save the environment by saving trees, or using them more efficiently. Currently we waste a lot of material from trees that can be used elsewhere. Trees are essential to life, as the convert poisonous carbon dioxide gases into breathable oxygen. We must be respectful of these environmental resources and not deplete them. There are alternative trees that are much more efficient to grow and use. Hemp, for example, has a much faster growing time than traditional foliage, yet it can be used to make over 25,000 environmentally friendly products.
In essence, if we take small steps we can all have a major impact on the environment. It is the little things that add up and make a big difference. Start saving and help make the workd a cleaner, greener place for the future generations.

Thank you for your effort to right this motivating blog for going green... I totally agree on taking a small step to protect our the environment in which we live...
We need to protect our planet not for us but for our children or grand...grand children.
Everybody should think, live, go green!
